iTunes U My Materials Library - Is there any way to delete multiple items at once?

I need to delete about 500 items from the "My Materials Library" in iTunes U. Is there any way to delete them all at once? It's slow going deleting one at a time!

FYI, I did select "delete the materials associated" when I deleted the courses, but the materials are still in the library. :-(
